Grandmom’s Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless, skinless breasts or thighs
  • ½ pint Sour cream
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farms Herb Seasoned Classic Stuffing
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • Worcestershire Sauce, to taste
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ stick Butter, melted

Instructions

  • Combine sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.
  • Dip chicken in sour cream mixture, roll in stuffing, fold in half and place in a 13×9 baking dish. Pour melted butter over the chicken and cover with foil.
  • Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Chicken's internal temperature should register 165°.
