Grandmom’s Chicken
One of my favorite go-to meals!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless, skinless breasts or thighs
- ½ pint Sour cream
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farms Herb Seasoned Classic Stuffing
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Worcestershire Sauce, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ stick Butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.
- Dip chicken in sour cream mixture, roll in stuffing, fold in half and place in a 13×9 baking dish. Pour melted butter over the chicken and cover with foil.
- Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Chicken's internal temperature should register 165°.
