Food Is Love

Last year, I wrote a blog post about comfort foods. I am a big fan of stick-to-your-ribs dishes that feel like you are being hugged from the inside out. Think about the times you craved comfort foods, whether you make it yourself or if a kind soul prepares one for you.

The Serious Business of Mac & Cheese

By now, you should know that I take my food very seriously. And macaroni and cheese is no different. This is one of those dishes that I have strong feelings about. I was pinning things like crazy: home decor ideas, trip ideas, favorite quotes, and of course, recipes.

My mom said it was her recipe and my dad said it was his. I do remember that as a kid, Mommy always made it and after their divorce, Daddy would make it when we would visit him. Either way, this is my favorite cheesecake EVER.

Who am I and why did I have this crazy idea to start this blog? Well, like me, the answer is convoluted and complex. Food has always been my life. I was literally immersed in the world of food from birth.
