Mema’s Beef Cubes
Very easy and flavorful beef stew

Equipment
- Crock-Pot/Slowly Cooker
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 soup can Water or beef broth/stock
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup 10.5 oz
- 1 packet Lipton's Beefy Onion Soup mix 1 oz
- 2 lbs Stew beef
Instructions
- In a Crock Pot/slow cooker, add 2 lbs of beef stew meat.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 envelope of Lipton's Beefy Onion Soup Mix, I can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 soup can of water (or you can use beef broth/stock to make it extra beefy) and one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
- Whisk together and pour over the beef cubes. Stir to combine.
- Put the lid on the Crock Pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Once the meat is tender, add 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of water to a small bowl. Whisk together and stir into beef cubes.
- Cook for a few minutes, until thickened. Serve over butter egg noodles.
