Seasoned Quinoa

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp All-purpose seasoning I use Farmer's Mix from Double C Ranch or Mrs. Dash
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1¾ cup Stock Chicken, Beef or Veggie
- 1 cup Quinoa
Instructions
- Rinse quinoa in cold water. Set aside.
- Add olive oil to sauce pan that has been heating on medium heat. Add garlic to pan and stir quickly until fragrant, taking care not to burn garlic.
- Add quinoa into pan and cook until slightly toasted. Pour in stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
