Seasoned Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp All-purpose seasoning I use Farmer's Mix from Double C Ranch or Mrs. Dash
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • cup Stock Chicken, Beef or Veggie
  • 1 cup Quinoa

Instructions

  • Rinse quinoa in cold water. Set aside.
  • Add olive oil to sauce pan that has been heating on medium heat. Add garlic to pan and stir quickly until fragrant, taking care not to burn garlic.
  • Add quinoa into pan and cook until slightly toasted. Pour in stock and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
